Iraqi fine artist living in Canada .. • Member of Kahramana Arts Association .. • Owner of the page (Baghdadi Art House), It is a page dedicated to reviving Arab art and supporting owners of small art projects. • Administrative officer at Bazarna Company, which supports owners of small projects. I love bright, vibrant colors and my drawings are from the simple expressionist school, my paintings are made of acrylic and oil as well as mixed media, and I loved to add accessories and pieces of metal and ceramics to some of my works. I also turned to drawing on various surfaces and I really enjoy drawing on glass, mirrors, wood, ceramics and leather, and drawing on fabrics had a share of my interest. Most of my drawings are related to Iraqi heritage in particular and authentic Arab heritage in general and are biased towards highlighting women with their beauty, charm, authenticity and precious value in Arab society, as well as my interest and love to highlight Iraqi civilization in its most beautiful images. I participated in several artistic activities. – Participation with the Iraqi Canadian Association in Ontario in the Karasaga International Festival for People for the years 2015, 2016, 2022 and 2023. – Participation in several activities and exhibitions with the Mesopotamia Group Association, which carries out several activities for the Iraqi community in particular and the Arab community in general for consecutive years and until now. – Also the invitation that was extended to me by the Association of Iraqi Writers and Artists in Canada to participate in the collective women’s exhibition for seven Iraqi female artists who were selected by the association. And I received a certificate of thanks and appreciation from the President of the Association, Dr. Abdul Hussein Alwan. – I held an Arab fashion show (designed with drawings on clothes) such as Arab abayas and shawls in 2017.. – Participation in the Alexandria International Exhibition (Ebdaa 3) in February 2018, and received a certificate of appreciation, a shield and a medal from the Arab Union for Development and Development working within the scope of the Council of Arab Economic Unity of the League of Arab States and the Arab Academy for Modern Studies. – My participation in the International Ebdaa Exhibition in Lebanon Which was held in the city of Nabatieh from 10-12-2018 to 10-15-2018. Sponsored by the Municipality of Nabatieh and Hassan Kamel Al-Sabah Official Secondary School, and organized by the Arab Aesthetics Gathering headed by Dr. Tahrir Ali, and the Southern Artist Forum headed by Professor Hussein Saloun.. And I received a set of certificates of appreciation for participating in this gathering that included a large number of Arab artists. 1- Medal and Certificate of Appreciation for participating in the International Creativity Festival for Arab Artists in Lebanon 2018. 2- Certificate of Appreciation for participating in the exhibition (Paintings in the Face of Cancer) held at the Women’s Progress Association, the proceeds of which went entirely to the Children’s Cancer Hospital in Lebanon. 3-Certificate of Appreciation for participating in the Drawing Symposium held at the Lebanese Association for the Care of the Disabled. 4- Certificate of thanks and appreciation from the Arab Aesthetics Gathering for Arab Plastic Artists and the Southern Artist Forum. – Participation in the International Peace Exhibition held at the Hunting Club Hall in Baghdad with a large group of Arab and foreign artists. – Participation in the joint exhibition held by Mesopotamia Group in Mississauga, Canada on 26/27-1-2019. – Participation in the joint exhibition held by Mesopotamia Group at the Mesopotamia Group Hall in July 2019. – Participation with the Association of Iraqi Artists and Writers in Canada at the invitation of the President of the Association, Professor Dr. Abdul Hussein Alwan. With my participation and organization of the exhibition. And receiving a certificate of appreciation from the Association. – Participation in managing my page, Dar Al-Fan Al-Baghdadi, and in cooperation with Mesopotamia Group in organizing (Arts and Creativity Forum). It is an artistic gathering that includes a diverse group of Arab arts, in the Mesopotamia Group Hall in the winter of 2023. – Participation in managing my page, Dar Al-Fan Al-Baghdadi, in organizing (Mesopotamia Festival) in cooperation with Mesopotamia Group. Which includes a diverse artistic celebration for a large Arab group from the Arab community in Canada.
