About the work: A circular ceramic sculpture, resembling a ring and open in the middle, executed using low-temperature glass technology, with unglazed areas rubbed with mineral slag only. The color of the baked clay was preserved, to give a kind of contrast in texture and color. The work was fired in two stages at a temperature of 950 degrees Celsius. The events of the 2000s were not only social, economic and political, but also a revolution on the cultural and artistic levels. The visual arts and ceramics in particular were not far from these displacements and coups, so the idea of ​​the work came from the stages that Iraq went through, from killing, displacement and destruction on all levels. This achievement carries the fragrance of contemporary reality, including the problems and crises that we face in daily life. Despite the artist’s reliance on extreme summary, brevity and abbreviation, she was able to express what was going through her mind with credibility in a well-studied and precise style, giving the recipient color messages that put him in a state of coexistence and connection with the artwork. There is life and renewed hope through the metaphor of the vocabulary of ears of wheat, water and deer taken from the pottery of the agricultural village era. In contrast to it from above is a symbolic simile of souls that have ascended to their supreme Creator. Between life and death there is a continuous cycle of movement and non-stop, which the artist indicated with the color of the fragmentary blue, to reinforce the idea and convey it. With a tendency that is different from reality, that is, after the devastation and destruction, there is renewed hope in life, as it is in continuous continuity. The characteristics of the work here are close to the art of sculpture in terms of its formal  specifications, except that the element of color is what distinguishes it from sculpture, as color is the characteristic inherent in the art of ceramics.

نبذة عن العمل : تكوين نحتي خزفي بهيئة دائرية تشبه الحلقة ومفقتوحة من الوسط نفذت بتقنية الزجاج واطئ الحرارة مع وجود اماكن غير مزججة مدلوكة بالاساكيد المعدنية فقط .والاحتفاظ بلون الطين المفخور،لاعطاء نوع من التضاد في الملمس واللون.وحرق العمل بمرحلتين وبدرجة حرارة 950 مئوية. لم تكن احداث الالفينيات اجتماعية واقتصادية وسياسية فحسب، بل كانت ثورة على الصعيد الثقافي والفني ايضا ولم يكن الفن التشكيلي والخزف خاصة بعيدا عن هذه الانزياحات والانقلابات،لذا جائت فكرة العمل من مراحل مر بها العراق من قتل وتهجير ودمار لكافة الاصعدة ،فهذا المنجز يحمل عبق الواقع المعاصر بما فيه من مشاكل وأزمات تواجهنا في الحياة اليومية . علي الرغم من اعتماد الفنانة علي التلخيص الشديد والإيجاز والاختصار إلا أنها تمكنت من أن تعبر عن ما يجول بخاطرها في مصداقية بأسلوب محكم مدروس فمنحت المتلقي رسائل لونية أدخلته هذه الرسائل في حالة من التعايش والترابط مع العمل الفني. فهناك حياة وامل متجدد من خلال الاستعارة لمفردات السنابل والمياه والايائل المأخوذة من فخاريات عصر القرى الزراعية .فيما يقابلها من الاعلى تشبيه رمزي لاارواح ارتقت الى بارئها الاعلى وبين الحياة والموت هناك حلقة مستمرة في الحراك وعدم التوقف اشارت اليها الفنانة باللون الازرق الشذري ،لتعزيز الفكرة وايصالها .بنزعة مغايرة للواقع اي بعد الخراب والدمار هناك امل متجدد في الحياة فهي في ديمومة مستمرة ، فخصائص العمل هنا تقترب من فن النحت من حيث مواصفاته الشكلية إلا ان عنصر اللون هو ما يميزه عن النحت حيث ان اللون هو السمة الملازمة لفن الخزف .
