The painting symbolizes the love between a mother and her daughter. I got inspiration from my mother’s love. All the while, my mother called me her talented, hardworking daughter. Our love blossomed at the sewing machine, in the kitchen, and in her warm embrace. She never shunned praise or silence, and even on the day I was accepted into the occupational therapy program at Nestved, her eyes sparkled with pride as every time I showed her a completed piece of art .
